SKGi – Plancha induktsioon grill Module 650

A new range intended for professional kitchens with a depth of 650mm which adapts to smaller spaces. The plancha module has 2 3000W zones, for a total power of 6000W. The cooking surface made of multi-layer materials is 310x430mm. Compatible with the base of the range, its modular structure allows you to combine several devices from the same range to create a complete induction cooking line. The control panel has an ESC (electronic spinless control) lever which allows 360°C rotation with a “pop-off” function to turn off the product. The temperature can be adjusted from 60° to 250°C. A grease collection drawer allows for quick and easy cleaning.
